Pet Hotel Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

1. Right of Refusal (Health & Safety)

Wanchanland reserves the absolute right to refuse or terminate service for any pet at any time.

• Health: We will not accept dogs showing signs of contagious illness (coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, or lethargy).

• Safety: We do not accept dogs with a history of human or dog-directed aggression. If a dog becomes unmanageable or dangerous during their stay, the Owner (or Emergency Contact) must pick them up immediately. No refunds will be issued for early termination due to aggression.

2. Dog-on-Dog Interactions & Liability

While we provide a supervised environment, the Owner understands that dogs are unpredictable animals.

• Assumption of Risk: The Owner acknowledges that when dogs play or socialize, minor injuries (scratches, punctures, or nicks) can occur.

• Inter-Pet Incidents: Wanchanland is not responsible for injuries or medical costs resulting from an attack by another dog, nor is Wanchanland is not  liable for injuries your dog may cause to others. The Owner of the aggressive dog shall be solely responsible for any damages or vet bills incurred by the victim pet.

3. Strict Abandonment Policy

We take abandonment very seriously.

• The 3-Day Rule: If a pet is not picked up within 3 days of the scheduled check-out date, and the Owner has not contacted the facility to extend the stay, the pet will be legally deemed "Abandoned."

• Consequences: Abandoned pets will be turned over to a rescue organization at the Owner’s expense.

• Legal Action: The Owner remains liable for the full boarding balance, plus a daily "Abandonment Penalty Fee" of ¥50000 and any legal/collection fees incurred by Wanchanland. 

4. Pre-Existing Conditions & Senior Pets

We are not a veterinary hospital. We are not responsible for the sudden death or health decline of pets with pre-existing conditions, heart issues, or senior dogs (aged 10+). Owners of senior pets stay at their own risk.

1. 受付拒否権（健康と安全管理） / Right of Refusal

 

当店は、いかなる場合においても、ペットへのサービス提供を拒否または中止する絶対的な権利を留保します。

• 健康状態： 伝染性疾患（咳、くしゃみ、下痢、嘔吐、嗜眠など）の兆候が見られる場合、お預かりをお断りします。

• 安全管理： 人や他の犬に対して攻撃的な履歴がある場合はお預かりできません。 滞在中に制御不能または危険と判断された場合、飼い主様（または緊急連絡先）は直ちにペットをお迎えに来るものとします。 なお、攻撃性が原因で中止となった場合、返金は一切いたしません。

2. 犬同士の接触および免責 / Dog-on-Dog Interactions

 

当店は監督の行き届いた環境を提供しますが、犬が予測不可能な行動をとる動物であることを飼い主様は理解するものとします。

• リスクの承諾： 犬同士が遊び、交流する際、軽微な負傷（ひっかき傷、刺し傷、切り傷など）が発生する可能性があることを飼い主様は認めるものとします。

• トラブルへの対応： 他の犬からの攻撃による怪我や医療費について、当店は一切の責任を負いません。 また、ご自身の愛犬が他者に負わせた怪我についても、当店は一切の責任を負いません。 攻撃した側の飼い主が、被害を受けたペットに生じた損害や獣医費用をすべて負担するものとします。

3. ペット放棄に関する厳格な規定 / Strict Abandonment Policy

 

当店はペットの放棄を非常に深刻に捉えています。

• 3日間ルール： お迎え予定日から3日経過してもお迎えがなく、かつ飼い主様から延長の連絡がない場合、そのペットは法的に「放棄」されたものとみなします。

• 処置： 放棄されたペットは、飼い主様の費用負担にて、地元の動物愛護センター、シェルター、または保護団体に引き渡されます。

• 法的措置： 飼い主様は、宿泊料金の全額に加え、1日あたりの「放棄違約金（¥50000」、および当店が発生させた一切の法的費用・回収費用を支払う義務を負います。

4. 持病および高齢犬について / Pre-Existing Conditions & Senior Pets

 

当店は動物病院ではありません。 持病、心臓疾患、または高齢犬（[年齢を入力]歳以上）の急死や健康状態の悪化について、当店は一切の責任を負いません。 高齢犬の宿泊は飼い主様の自己責任となります。

当施設では、すべてのワンちゃんが安心して快適に過ごせる環境を大切にしております。そのため、以下の点についてご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

To ensure a safe and stress-free environment for all dogs in our care, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies regarding Female Dogs in Heat and Aggressive Behavior. すべてのワンちゃんが安心して快適に過ごせる環境づくりのため、**「ヒート（生理）中のワンちゃん」および「攻撃性のあるワンちゃん」**について、以下の規定を設けております。

1. Female Dogs in Heat (Estrus) | ヒート（生理）中の対応について

 

• Policy: Dogs in heat are not permitted to attend daycare or group play. 規定: ヒート中のワンちゃんは、デイケアおよびグループプレイへの参加はできません。

• Notification: If a dog begins her heat cycle while boarding, the owner will be contacted immediately. 通知: 滞在中にヒートが始まった場合は、速やかに飼い主様へご連絡いたします。

• Management: We reserve the right to isolate the dog in a private area (if space allows) or request immediate pick-up. 対応: 状況に応じ、個別スペースへの移動（空き状況による）、または速やかなお迎えをお願いする権利を有します。

• Fees: Additional sanitation or private-care fees may apply if special arrangements are required. 費用: 特別な清掃や個別ケアが必要な場合、追加費用を申し受ける場合がございます。

• Responsibility: Owners must inform us in advance if their dog is nearing or entering her heat cycle. 責任: ヒートの兆候がある場合や時期が近い場合は、必ず事前にお知らせください。

2. Aggressive Behavior Policy | 攻撃性のあるワンちゃんについて

 

• Zero Tolerance: For the safety of our staff and other guests, dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior (biting, snapping, or excessive lunging) are not permitted. 方針: スタッフや他の犬の安全のため、攻撃的な行動（噛み付き、威嚇、飛び掛かり等）が見られるワンちゃんのご利用はお断りしております。

• Behavioral Assessment: If a dog shows signs of aggression during their stay, they will be removed from group play immediately. 評価: 滞在中に攻撃性が見られた場合、直ちにグループプレイから離脱させ、安全を確保します。

• Pick-up Requirement: In cases of severe aggression, we may require the owner to pick up the dog immediately for the safety of all parties. お迎え: 激しい攻撃性が見られる場合は、安全確保のため、即時のお迎えをお願いすることがあります。

• Safety: Prevents unwanted breeding and avoids stress or mounting behaviors. 安全: 望まない交配の防止、およびストレスやマウンティング行動の回避。

• Harmony: Reduces the risk of fights or injuries caused by aggression. 調和: 攻撃性による喧嘩や怪我のリスクを最小限に抑えます。

• Hygiene: Maintains a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. 衛生: すべてのワンちゃんにとって清潔で快適な環境を維持します。

 

 

 

 

Dog Run Rules & Safety Guidelines

ドッグラン利用規約および安全ルール

To ensure a safe and fun environment for all our guests, please adhere to the following: 

全てのワンちゃんが安全に楽しく過ごせるよう、以下のルールを遵守してください。

1. Entry Requirements / 入場条件

• Health First: Only healthy dogs with up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies & 5-in-1 or higher) are permitted.

• Parasites: Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and internal parasites.

• Heat: Female dogs in heat (estrus) are strictly prohibited from the common run area.

• 健康第一: 狂犬病および混合ワクチン（5種以上）の接種が済んでいる健康なワンちゃんのみ利用可能です。

• 寄生虫: ノミ・ダニ・内部寄生虫の予防・駆除が済んでいることが条件です。

• ヒート中: 発情期（ヒート中）のメスのワンちゃんは、共有エリアの利用を固くお断りします。

2. Safety & Behavior / 安全と行動

• Constant Supervision: Staff/Owners must maintain visual contact with their dogs at all times.

• No Bullying: Excessive barking, mounting, or aggressive "bullying" behavior will result in immediate removal from the run.

• Aggression: If a dog shows signs of aggression, they will be moved to a private area immediately.

• 常時監視: スタッフおよび飼い主様は、常にワンちゃんから目を離さないでください。

• マナー: 過度な吠え、マウンティング、他頭へのしつこい追跡（いじめ行為）が見られる場合は、直ちに退場していただきます。

• 攻撃性: 攻撃的な兆候が見られた場合、即座に個別のスペースへ移動させます。

3. Liability (No Fault) / 免責事項（自己責任）

• Play at Your Own Risk: Dog play can be rough. Minor nicks, scratches, or torn nails are inherent risks of off-leash play.

• Inter-Dog Incidents: Wanchanland is not responsible for any injuries caused by one dog to another. All medical costs are the responsibility of the pet owners involved.

• No Liability for Escape: While our fences are secure, Wanchanland is not liable for injuries sustained if a dog attempts to jump or climb the perimeter.

• 自己責任: ワンちゃん同士の遊びには、擦り傷や爪割れなどのリスクが伴います。これらはドッグラン利用における承諾事項とみなします。

• 犬同士のトラブル: 万が一、犬同士の接触により負傷が生じた場合、当店は一切の責任を負いません。 治療費等の損害については、当事者間で解決するものとします。

• 逸走・負傷: フェンスの飛び越えや登攀による怪我、およびそれに付随する事故について、当店は一切の責任を負いかねます。

4. Prohibited Items / 禁止事項

• No Food: Human food and dog treats are prohibited inside the run to prevent "resource guarding" (fights over food).

• No Glass: Glass containers are strictly forbidden.

 

• 飲食禁止: 食べ物を巡るトラブルを防ぐため、ラン内への人用の食べ物および犬用おやつの持ち込みは禁止です。

• ガラス類: 破損の危険があるガラス容器の持ち込みは固くお断りします。
