4. Refund & Cancellation Policy / 返金・キャンセル規定

Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, we’ll hold a 50 percent fee to cover staffing and prep, but we’re happy to credit you toward a future date if you need to reschedule. / ご予約の24時間前までなら無料でキャンセル可能です。それ以降は50％のキャンセル料を頂戴しますが、日程変更をご希望の場合は、次回のご利用に振り替え可能です。
• No-shows may be charged in full. / 無断キャンセルは全額請求となる場合があります。
