We welcome pups between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. If you need a buffer, early-bird or after-hours care can be arranged—just let us know in advance.
Simply visit our online portal, pick your service (Day Camp, Grooming or Boarding), choose dates and complete payment in a couple of clicks. You’ll get an instant confirmation and calendar invite.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated (rabies, distemper, parvo) and flea-treated within the past month. We also require a recent vet check to ensure your pup is fit for playgroup action.
Absolutely. Live-cam access is included with every booking, plus we send two to three fun photo updates so you can see exactly how much tail-wagging is happening.
If your pooch needs extra cuddles, a slow-paced routine or specific feeding times, just tell us at booking. Our pack leaders note every detail and tailor the day (or night) to suit.
Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, we’ll hold a 50 percent fee to cover staffing and prep, but we’re happy to credit you toward a future date if you need to reschedule.
