2. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

3. Payment Processing
Online payments are processed securely through KennelBooker using Stripe.
Wanchanland does not store credit card information.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, a 50% fee will be charged to cover staffing and preparation. However, you may reschedule and apply the fee as credit toward a future booking.
• No-shows may be charged in full.

5. Service Fulfilment
Services are provided in person at our facility.
Confirmation is issued immediately after booking.
