Terms of Service 

1. Services Provided
We provide dog day camp, grooming, and boarding services.
Details, pricing, and availability appear on our website and booking system.

2. Booking & Payment
• Bookings are made through KennelBooker or in person.
• Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
• Customers must provide accurate booking information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Day camp: 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours, 100% charge for same-day cancellations
• Grooming: 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours, 100% charge for same-day cancellations
• No-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds may not be provided for late cancellations.

4. Pet Requirements
• Required vaccinations must be up to date.
• Pets with aggressive behavior may be declined.
• Medical conditions must be disclosed.

5. Owner Responsibilities
• Provide accurate pet information.
• Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pet.
• Late pickups may incur fees.

6. Boarding Hours & Pickup Policy
• Boarding hours are from 08:30 to 18:00.
• Boarding is charged on a 24-hour basis starting from the drop-off time.
• A 2-hour grace period is allowed for pickup after the 24-hour period.
• If a pet is not picked up within the grace period, an additional daycare day charge will apply.

7. Liability
• We take reasonable care of pets.
• Not liable for pre-existing medical conditions.
• Not liable for injuries resulting from typical pet behavior.
• Emergency vet visits are at owner expense.

8. Changes to Services
We may modify services, pricing, or policies.

9. Governing Law
This agreement follows Japanese law.
