🐾 Pet Policy: Safety & Well-being

To ensure a safe and stress-free environment for all dogs in our care, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies regarding Female Dogs in Heat and Aggressive Behavior.

1. Female Dogs in Heat (Estrus)
Policy:

Dogs in heat are not permitted to attend daycare or group play.
Notification:
If a dog begins her heat cycle while boarding, the owner will be contacted immediately.
Management:
We reserve the right to isolate the dog in a private area (if space allows) or request immediate pick-up.
Fees:
Additional sanitation or private-care fees may apply if special arrangements are required.
Responsibility:
Owners must inform us in advance if their dog is nearing or entering her heat cycle.

2. Aggressive Behavior Policy
Zero Tolerance:
For the safety of our staff and other guests, dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior (biting, snapping, or excessive lunging) are not permitted.
Behavioral Assessment:
If a dog shows signs of aggression during their stay, they will be removed from group play immediately.
Pick-up Requirement:
In cases of severe aggression, we may require the owner to pick up the dog immediately for the safety of all parties.

Why This Policy Helps
Safety:

Prevents unwanted breeding and avoids stress or mounting behaviors.
Harmony:
Reduces the risk of fights or injuries caused by aggression.
Hygiene:
Maintains a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
