FAQs

  • We welcome pups between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. If you need a buffer, early-bird or after-hours care can be arranged—just let us know in advance.

  • Simply visit our online portal, pick your service (Day Camp, Grooming or Boarding), choose dates and complete payment in a couple of clicks. You’ll get an instant confirmation and calendar invite.

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated (rabies, distemper, parvo) and flea-treated within the past month. We also require a recent vet check to ensure your pup is fit for playgroup action.

  • Absolutely. Live-cam access is included with every booking, plus we send two to three fun photo updates so you can see exactly how much tail-wagging is happening.

  • If your pooch needs extra cuddles, a slow-paced routine or specific feeding times, just tell us at booking. Our pack leaders note every detail and tailor the day (or night) to suit.

  • Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, we’ll hold a 50 percent fee to cover staffing and prep, but we’re happy to credit you toward a future date if you need to reschedule.

Each pup gets a cozy, raised-bed kennel inside our temperature-controlled suites, home-style meals and a pre-bedtime cuddle session.


During the day, they join Day Camp groups (or quieter “PJParty” naps) so every guest enjoys exercise, enrichment and downtime.


Tailored add-ons—like fenced solo runs or one-on-one training mini-sessions—mean your dog’s stay matches their vibe. And with nightly report cards and live cams, you’ll wake up to a happy, well-rested pup ready for pickup.
